In CCPULSE, when you want to monitor the oldest email/call in queue and present the information on a graphic. The Y axis is expressed in seconds. For an email, this is not really clear as some emails wait a lot of time before being routed to an assistant. Do you know how to modify this timescale ? Thanks for the feedback

There is no functionality in CCPulse to change the format of time hh:mm or hh:mm:ss or mm:ss or ss etc.
There is fetaure request raised with Genesys. I dont which release of CCPulse this functionality will be included.
