Title: VBA Script for Action Wizard in CCPULSE

Genesys provides with CCPULSE some examples of VBA Scripts which can be used on the templates (eg change the colour, send an email, ...). Do you have developed your own VBA Scripts ? Can you provide me a copy of them. I am particularly interested in scripts allowing to provide to an external application the number of calls in wait for example or the Service Level for the last 30 minutes.
