Hi,
I asked same question on official site forum, but because time difference noone can approve it, anyway here it is:
Does anyone here ever have positive experience in setting up "Audible Alert" when recording started by Stream Manager?
Here is my configuration: stand-alone Sip Server (v8) with sip endpoints registered on it, Stream manager as MOH, MCU and also Recorder, regular call recording is configured and works well ("recording-filename" option, voip service DN with type 'recorder' and correct "contact" option, record=true on sip endpoints are set).
When I tryed to set up request-uri option on recording DN, as described in Stream Manager documentation (ie, annc@smhostport;play=<xxxx>;repeat=1;record=record-url), nothing happened. SIP server still continues to start recording by sending INVITE with conf=<some_id>@address;record=UUID to both call participant.
My goal is: when call from external switch arrived to agents phone directly (ie, internal call) people have heard some warning (like beep) to know that whey are currently under recording.
Is this achievable?
Thanks in advance,
Mike
