Hello,
Hoping you can help.
Currently working with a call centre environment that has a dynamic call splay setup that is controlled from a list object within CME.
What im hoping is possible is displaying the value of that list object in CCPulse so our real time management can see what is happening without the need to call and ask.
Is this possible?
Currently the list object gets passed to the stat server to determine which site to send the call to.
Appreciate any assistance.

are you talking about calls in queue or calls answered ????
what do you need to display?
