Title: Outbound Format Table

We didn't use OCS 6.0 or 6.5 because the format table functionality for reporting was missing. However it is reinstated in 6.5. Does anybody have any details on how it will work with 6.5?

We are still using G6.1 and it is not good. Genesys made such drastic changes to the product that G6 version seems to lack a lot of features that an average outbound product would offer. I was very surprised by the�@sophomoric design, lack of thought and vision when it came to G6.1
We haven't even looked into G6.5, fearing for the worth. How does the product look like from a reprting perspective?

Well thankfully I'm not in charge of Reporting since we don't use CCA or Brio etc. From what I've heard though, 6.5.1 is a far better product than 6.1. I would recommend looking into it.

We have not yet managed to migrate to 6.5 though, so I'm not much use on how it runs LIVE yet. Soon though...
