Title: CIM license usage
Post by: CTIgem on November 21, 2011, 01:44:07 PM
Is there a way to know how many CIM licenses are in use?
I know by looking at tserver, I could get sdn count and by looking urs I could get router seat.
Thanks.

There is a way - but I am afraid it would be tantamount to advertising if I pointed you in the right direction - could you PM me, please?

Thanks!

Hi,

CIM license is business licence so there is no component using it. If you have voice-only platform then it's possible to say that CIM license = SDN as seat is represented by an extension. However, there could be some exceptions because some switches requires multiple phone numbers per single seat.

Hi Rene,

As I mentioned - there is a way.  But it is a Product/Service from ESS so I don't think it's appropriate to discuss it in the main forum:
