Title: Attaching inbound call to the campaing, How can it be done?

Question for you Fellas

If an agent is dialing in preview mode, he calls the customer, if customer won't answer the phone, he will leaves a voice mail.


If the same customer calls back, how can i attach the call result to the campaign so that the same customer won't get the call.

Suggestions please
