Title: CCPulse - agents not in alphabetical order within view

Hello,

When creating a real time view for agents using real-time V/AG dynamic membership , the agents are never in alphabetical order.
The same occurs when creating a real-time view for members.
The only way to ensure agents are sorted in alphabetical order if by selecting the individual objects and just creating a real-time view.  This presents a problem if a new agent is added to the agent group as we then have to recreate the view that includes a number of thresholds.
If I sort manually by left clicking on the grey box on the top hand corner, it reverts back upon a restart of the application.  There also seems no obvious reason for the default sort either.
Cant see any settings for default sort within the registry either.

Is there an obvious setting missed here?
