Title: Genesys Administrator- No option to deploy Tenant Creator Access Group

Good afternoon folks.  I am having an issue with Genesys Administrator.  When I try to allow access to the change tenant option when setting up a new Role, I get an error that the tenant creators group needs to be deployed and to click the preferences button and select deploy....but there is no deploy tenant creators option in the preferences.  Any assistance would be appreciated.  Thank you all very much.  This is GA 8.1.1
