Title: SEND DTMF through Avaya

Hi All,
          I am trying to send DTMF tones via the T-route functionality as below (using URS 7.6)
TRoute['90121243000','',RouteTypeOverwriteDNIS,vCallId2]
While I am able to listen to the DTMF when calling internal numbers I am not able to listen to DTMF when connecting to external numbers. I am using Avaya switch. Could any one please let me know if there are any more configurations to be done to enable DTMF for external numbers.

Hi Hari,

What are you trying to do exactly? I don't think TRoute is going to be the answer...

Hari/Ben,

Have you got Avaya DTMF resources available on the outbound trunk?!
