Hello,
I try desperately to perform call transfer thru an URS strategy loaded on a routing point.
I succeed to do this only if call stays on the same TServer. However, I need to route the call to another TServer, especially a SIP Server, to use a Voice Platform Solution.
The problematic scenario is the following :
1/ Call arrives on PBX --> TServer --> URS
2/ URS routes call to SIP Server (ISCC is configured between TServer and SIP Server)
3/ SIP Server realise treatment and reroutes call to the first TServer which distribute the call to an agent
4/ Agent receives the call and transfers it via a routing point
5/ Finally, URS strategy routes the call to the external number specified in attached data
[b]Problem :[/b] the remote phone is ringing and the call can be offhook, however, there is no one online : the first call has been cleared...
Have you any idea ?
