Hi There!!
I am working in a Chat and SMS ambient, and when a agent answers a question(on GAD) to client (SMS), this message is received on strangers characters like:[b][b] ZZz,[/b][/b] (something like this)
The question is:
Is possible to change some parameters of GAD about Characters? because, i did not see anything about this on Deployment Guide!!!
SOMEONE CAN HELP ME!!!?

Hi Filippe,
First thing you shall do is to find out from where the 'strange' characters come. I meant what application is source of these - GAD? SMS gateway?
Let's check format of message sent to SMS gateway in first step.
BTW What Multimedia/eServices version do you have? What SMS gateway do you use?
