Hello,
Do you know which permissions must have an user to access to the Administrator Genesys ?
Especially, I would like to create an user which has only access to the following items :
- PROVISIONNING > Accounts > Users
- PROVISIONNING > Accounts > Skills
- PROVISIONNING > Accounts > Agent Groups
So, I created an Access Group with the following roles :
- Genesys Administrator - Modules > Provisionning : Allow
- Genesys Administrator - Provisionning > Account : Allow
- Genesys Adiministrator - Account Provisionning > Agent Groups : Allow
- Genesys Adiministrator - Account Provisionning > Agent Info : Allow
- Genesys Adiministrator - Account Provisionning > Skills : Allow
- Genesys Adiministrator - Account Provisionning > Users : Allow
Currently, the Access Group has the following permissions :
- Agent Groups : Full Control
- Persons: Full Control
- Skills : Full Control
- Roles : Read
I associated my user to the Access Group, however, when I want to log it, I encounter this error :
Error registering. Code: 2230537 Description: User doesn't have permissions
Have you any idea ?
Thanks

Yes you are right ... and resources also

Hello Sir,
I'm facing the same issue than you?
Did you found the issue?
Regards.
-
Read/write permission needs to be given from the application folder as well.
-
Yes, I've checked all the authorization, there wasn't any missing.
I think that there was an issue when installing the first time.
I've downloded a new install package from Genesys support site, re-installed and everything is going well now.
I can access those directories.
Regards.
