Hi all,
I am facing this strange issue on Infomart. Job Extract is running perfect , it is extracting data & putting it into GIDB tables but when it comes to Job Transform it is not transforming & putting data into Infomart core tables i.e. Fact tables.
Now this version of GIM was working perfectly with MS SQL sever 2005. Now we are using Oracle 10g for the setup. I don't believe change in DBMS type can effect anything since everything is running good & we have data in GIDB tables .Only issue is it is not going to fact tables. Or I have to wait longer to see it in fact tables , I have kept scheduler true.

Have you check your STG_TRANSFORM_DISCARDS table? If GIM is not transforming anything, then there should be a bunch of records in that table.

There is no record in STG_TRANSFORM_DISCARDS :(

To update more on the issue. Under the HWM_VALUE column in CTL_TRANSFORM_HWM
table.The value is 0 for HWM_NAME for GIDB_G_IR_V , GIDB_G_PARTY_HISTORY_MM,CONTACT_ATTEMPT_FACT. It looks like job transform is not selecting any data from these tables & updating high water mark.
And these are necessary for voice data. Correct me if I am wrong.

Okay I found some reason , It can be mistake but I checked two table CTL_TRANSFORM_HWM & CTL_TRANSFORM_HISTORY.
Under HWM_NAME where it says from which table it is extracting data & one such entry is GIDB_G_PARTY_HISTORY_MM.
Now from genesys doc it is clear that transform job looks for data with same audit key in GIDB_G_IR_V & GIDN_G_PARTY_HISTORY_V.
We have SIP TServer in our deployment i.e. voice data then why it is looking into multimedia table & why not in corresponding voice table i.e. suffixed with _V.
I hope I am near the understanding of the issue.
