Hi everybody!!
Is possible that the agent see the calls queued from the gad? :o
my question is if there are any settings in the gad that allows the agent know how many calls are in queue.
I read the manual but I don't find nothing about this.

There is no such current functionality in GAD as far as I know, but you can make a custom Application so that Agent can see the same :)

I think yes, chapter Agent Statistics you find this:
