Title: Call Control Toolbar

Hi All,

Has anyone have knowledge about Call Control Toolbar (The Genesys CRM Softphone), I want to understand, wether CTI events are logged for this tool?

Any help will be great.

Genesys has no such software/softphone. Maybe someone developed it using Genesys SDK but it doesn't make it a Genesys product.
You should ask to the developer instead
