We have recently moved from an Avaya dialler to a Genesys 7.6 dialler and I'm unable to get Idle time by campaign.
In the Resource State Fact table there doesn't seem to be a field to tie it back to a campaign, I can only get the figure at a daily level.
Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
