Hi all, I am trying to collect a list of all the common types of faults that occur in any 6.?+ implementation.

If you have any errors that you feel always occur then please email them to me. Me and a colleague are putting together a manual (electronic copy) which will be available free to any and all Genesys trained personnel.

What do you mean by fault? Can you please provide an example?
