I just need to create a raw audio file containing the customer voice interaction with an IRD application loaded on a Routing Point. No need of ASR (just want the raw audio content).

Using SIP Server? Which PBX?
If SIP Server then you need SM and read the installation guide, it is very detailed there.

No SIP Server, H.323 from Avaya G700 mediagateways to a G650 port network, managed by Avaya S8720 servers.
Hybrid GVP 7.2/7.6 without TTS/ASR.

What is the meaning of IRD application? Can you explain me?

By "IRD Application" I mean an IVR application developed using Interaction Routing Designer.

Returning to your question..I don't understand how do you expect that the call will be recorded on the IRD strategy (trigger to record). Which recording system do you have?

I had some doubt about a bot/troll, but my kindness won on prejudice :P
I wasn't expecting nothing, I was just trying to understand if I could reach this task with instruments I possess, cause I can't add/develope new functions. Maybe any function already existing in the system, to help me execute this job.
At last I will appreciate even to understand what exactly I need to reach this goal.

You would need a Voice Recorder like Nice or eTalk Qfiniti...I'm not an Avaya expert so don't know exactly which would be the requirements.
