Hi There,
I have a question! ???
Is possible to Customer leaves the Chat session and the agent Interaction leaves the sesssion ("screen interaction disappears") too, at the same time??
I'm trying to find something at the codes of GAD but i can't !!
there is some option that do it for itself? or I need to customize it ??

Hi Filippe,
I'm not aware of any out-of-box GAD option supporting your request. However, it may be possible to customize GAD to close chat interaction when customer leaves the session.
