Hello,
If we want to integrate Genesys with Siebel (voice) through the G-Plus connector, do we need to add, as a pre-requisite, that the customer should buy some Siebel CTI licenses ? (what kind of Siebel licenses)
Currently, the customer has already Siebel but not integrated with any Call center CTI solution.
