Hi,

You didn't write what version of UCS you have. Anyway, you can find description how to add new custom attribute to UCS in the Multimedia 7.6 (eServices 8.x) Selected Conceptual Data Models for the UCS Database guide, in Contact Package / Sortable chapter.

Let me know if you need more details.

I sould have mentionned that I'm using 8.1, sorry.

Thanks for the hint.  So I used this documentation to be sure that the value of my business attribute "DateOfBirth" is replicated in the table Contact in one of the fields StrAttribute1-10.

However, I'm not finding in this documentation how to tell UCS to use it as an additionnal identification key (like the PhoneNumber is). Do you have an additionnal hint?

Hi,

Process of contact identification is detailed in the Contact Identification and Creation chapter of eServices 8.1 User's Guide.
