Hi all. We are just about to install 6.5 in a multisite environment under Definity G3r PABXs. One feature we use on the definity is called agent traceing, which captures ALL telephone and login/logout information complete with timestamps, durations etc. The report
Is there a Genesys report that can provide similair call by call details?

Call Concentrator should probably be fine...
It does all of that.
