Title: Where and how to trace cleared calls from a VQ ?

Hi all,
searched the forum, but unable to find the specific information. Ramdomly CCPulse counts a number of "CallCleared" on a VQ and I would like to find this events in LOGS, so... I' masking to you in wich log I can find events that are counted on CallCleared value and with wich syntax/tag I can search for those events ?

Hi Gef,

Look for RequestDistributeEvent in URS log with following attributes:
      AttributeUserEvent = EventDiverted
      AttributeCallState = 22
