My brain is failing me. The Prada bag isn't helping either...
I have a single agent that when attempting to dial out on Line2 while on an outbound call gets the following error:
EventError
AttributeErrorMessage 'Incorrect object state'
AttributeErrorCode = 1161
I'm guessing the answer is very simple.. so any ideas? ::)

Can you post whole snippet?
-
Yes. I'll pull the archive.
Do you want the full flow or just the error?
-
There can be at least two causes:
1. You don't have formal second line so when you first hold the line - and then try to make second call - you receive error
2. You can have problem with category - you cannot make call if you are on outbound call.
But based on the scenario it's possible to come closer.
-
Thanks for your input. When this agent is on an inbound call, he is able to put the call on hold, and use line2 for consult/transfer/etc.
The problem happens only on outbound calls. So, based on above, this looks more like case #2.
Here is the log snipped (a bit cleaned up for internal requirements)

What is supposed to 'internalExt'??
-
The agent is dialing an internal extension (5 digit). For example 5555. In our case it is a routing point.
-
Can you dial your RSI internally? I mean, you have created:
1. Hybrid loop on OXE
2. Allow local call on RSI configuration
Are these two true?
-
In our case, this is the only agent in the prod environment who is having this problem (regardless of the number he dials, RSI or not).
The RSI is working for everyone else. So I'm presuming there are no errors in RSI config..
-
If only 1 agent then check his connection category maybe he is not allowed to call that range of numbers
