Hi!
Does anyone have an example of a project plan for installing Genesys Framework and Enterprise Routing? I am just looking for an idea of the steps taken and how long for putting everything in place.
Thanks,
Tony

Depends on the site really, but in my experience I would say 1 months if you have the people who have done it before, and customer who knows what he/she wants.

I'll second that, only I'm ugrading from 5.1 to 6.5 myself!
Help ;). I already have a project plan made by me, but any other to compare it too would be nice.

Be very careful when quoting 1 month. One month is OK for slapping the apps on the servers.
Add a month at the begining to write a reasonable Tech Spec providing a Functional Spec exists. Add at least a month at the end for testing. Plus of course some contingency.Don't forget to design, write and document the routing strategies and reports in parallel.
There was a time when Genesys implementations were quoted at a month, but not any more. A single site, new ,inbound implementation (incl WFM) will take about 6 months from beginning to end for a skilled team.
My 2 cents

Please also share the Genesys Inbound & Outbound Voice Project implementation documents or process and steps need to be followed during the time of Implementation. Thanks a lot!

Look at deployment guides,in which you can search all what you need.

I would say if You want basic stuff go with Genesys One - it will take You 4 weeks (+/-) to have it up and running.
-
Thinking about it I (and probably many others) could write a customised install guide for him\her outlining every single step including screenshots and test plans. There would be thousands of pages but I don't have a number of spare months.

But Pavel, agains which PBX? Which database? Etc. etc. etc...so many variables...that is why we take trainings and have experience gained on the field...
It is no sense what he asks for, not for me at least...that is why we do a Discovery on every installation...

I wrote that tongue in cheek.

Haha tough that you wanted to improve your ISO 20000 ISO ;D ;D ;D
