This site has OCS 6.5 and I've been trying to help them use Genesys better. In the Group Annex tab I created a section named "OCServer" and in that section added the option "progressive_blending_reserved_agents" and set the option value to "10" so that I could test it. I have 30 agents in the campaign, am watching CCPulse and outbound calls keep getting routed to the agents without ever seeing 10 agents available. The option does not seem to be working; I've gone through the manuals and cannot find any reference to do anything else to get this to work. I've used this before at another company and it worked flawlessly; anyone ever run into this?

Definitely dialling progressive and not predictive?
People still use 6.5? I don't even have my 6.5 manuals any more. ;)
