Title: Question about reporting on Virtual Queues
Post by: lucius66 on April 13, 2012, 11:42:22 AM
Hi there,
I just have a question maybe quite simple for you, but it is driving me crazy!
Is there a way to sum statistics (even those calculated as formulas) across multiple VQs on CCPulse or do I need to make changes to the routing strategies? In other terms, if I am monitoring a certain number of VQs on the CCPulse, can I have another realtime CCPulse report with the sum of all the statistics (i.e. average becomes average (SUM) and so on )

I hope I was clear enough.

Lucius

Hi Lucius,

It's possible by using DN Group object that allows you grouping of multiple VQs into one object and applying statistics on this object (group).
