Title: CC Pulse not displaying all logged in agents

CC Pulse not displaying all logged in agents
Please see attached screenshot

As you can see the the agent is logged in how ever there not being displayed in the Agent report.
Please help!

Were those agents selected the first time you created the view? Did you select the agents one by one or the agent group members option?
