Hi All,
We have implemented a Genesys Gplus 8.0 - Siebel 8.1.1.5 integration.
After a recent restart, all the Outbound buttons on the CTI Toolbar are missing.
It was working fine before and the only changes in the newly imported DEF configuration file were some minor changes for a couple of Events.
These options are enabled as before:
Service:HasOCSProtocol = "TRUE"
Service:AgentPreviewModeStart = "TRUE"
The same Events modifications work fine in DEV environment and were tested before applied in Production.
Any ideas what could be the problem here?

This issue has been with you also you know i have been searching for the solution from last 2 weeks but no one has been advising hope so that after reading this some one give advice to us and would make us problem free.

Then what should be the main issue??? I just can't understand this issue.

In my case it was the dev team's mistake.. >:(
The OCS buttons were disabled (Siebel Tools).
Have a look, if the OCS buttons do not appear at all on the CTI Toolbar it could be the same issue.
Or maybe the GenComm_OCS.sif has not been imported/deployed?
