Thanks in advance

Unfortunately it means that no data has been collected and it cannot be fixed for old data.
Have you restarted DataSourcer in order to get the new data collected? If not do it.
I have seen several time using old DataSourcers - are you using 7.6?

The issue with datasourcer 7.2 is that when you perform a switchover (to its backup or vice versa), you have random VOID statistics within the templates in DMA.
This is usually resolved by stopping and restarting the reporting solution services ie datasourcer, statserver, ods etc in the correct order.
Version 7.6 fixes this problem so does not occur in the event of a switchover.
I dont think this is the cause of the main issue experienced by the original poster, something must not have been deployed correctly most likely as suggested to do with the datasourcer.

As void doesn't return any value, so no data has been collected...

I every found it too. If you make sure your statistic is correct, and datasourcer are the latest version. This is bug. Until now we still work around with restart datasourcer....

Datasourcer component cannot switchover(from SCI I mean). Application roles are governed by access to the database.

Of course they can switch over. Although DS 7.2 hot standby works differently, the underlying high availability paradigm is still valid, i.e. should the kit where the primary runs fail, the backup will become primary.

In mycase the fileter was not defined correctly. I have corrected the filter and it started functioning as expected. I did not see VOID in the reports now. Make sure that filter is defined correctly.
