Title: RGA in custom reports DO NOT show nothing

In report section I cannot see nothing although I have results and graphs data on the different sections.

I mean: in predefined reports I can see report section with graphs and results "dragged" by Genesys but on "custom reports" not..

Why?, Genesys say that on some way I could custom and show the report section....anybody know how?????

Thanks....it's urgent to resolve this

Hi Gabriel, for this case you must change genesys, please Mr. Benaitez is the best persons to resolve this problem
contact it.
