Hi,
over the past few months we have been heavily investing into Salesforce-related development, and we are looking at new features that we could add to existing Salesforce-Genesys platform. I feel like there is a lot of features that we could take advantage of in the call center through the use of Social Profile, but I am simply lacking an imagination.
I was hoping someone could give me a hint!
