Hi, I have a problem with Genesys Desktop, I'm a new user. When I make an outbound call, after I press "Disconnect" button and "Connect" button doesn't appear again. Is it normal this event??? Are there some way that I can activate again "Connect" button before press "Mark Done" button?
I'm using GDesktop 7.6.305.4

No because each tab have the concept of an interaction. You have to open a new tab or ask your boss that you really need that feature and analyze the cost of such development on a new softphone.

What would happen if I enable "Connect" button in voice-view.jsp, with Javascript functions? We need this functionality in GDesktop.

Well if are talking about modifying source code then you lose warranty and support from Genesys.
