P.S already i delete the place in configuration manager and after that i created, but no have a change!

Name PBX. Check PBX extension, the issue might be there.

What does the TServer logs say when you delete and re-register it?

I had a similar problem with a Nortel Succession 7.x TServer (can't remember specific version) where the licenses were not being freed up on deleted DNs. The TServer logs indicated that there were no licenses available, even though we were far below our limit. When I restarted the TServer, I was able to register that DN, but then the problem reared up again a few weeks later on a different user.

Hi,
I'm a new Genesys admin, and i have so many questions, but still teach.

I check  Tserver logs and there everything  is Ok. The  agent are  login for 2-3 seconds make one call, and after that logout, because they do not receive calls. And CCPulese status is Not Monitored. Very strange.

About PBX I don't know where I check  this: "Name PBX. Check PBX extension, the issue might be there."

Which PBX do you have.
Ask your PBX support to check that extension configuration.
