Title: Call forward to 14 numbers in Round Robin

Hey,

Is it possible in Routing to make a strategy that sends all incoming calls to 14 external numbers in round robin? How can I tell where the previous call went?

Hi Mihai,

Yes, it's possible even such feature isn't supported by URS directly. However, you can simulate it by using SCRIPT variable scope that will hold kind of pointer to next number.

Just in case - in IRD/URS 8.1.2 there is predefined statistic RStatRoundRobin
