Title: Genesys TServer document

Hello,
I am looking for a Genesys TServer document which has the description of all the TServer Events/Requests. Also, document which has detailed information about TServer logs (Ex: AttributeOtherDN defination, etc).
I have access to Genesys Tech website, but not sure which document to look for.
Please suggest.

Well...those are like not exactly documented...I don't remember any having those. Maybe the Model Events would help understanding what happens...those attributes are part of analysis an somehow explained on trainings. Reading them (logs) and understanding the scenario is the best way to learn their meaning.

I believe that what you are looking for can be found in the developer CD available from the Genesys web site.
The "8g_ref_events-models.pdf" (or : Events and Models - Reference Manual) is what describes the T-Library.

Additionally look at your specific T-Server documentation to identify which of the requests are actually supported on your environment.
