Hi guys,
I have been doing a test at my lab trying to figure out how to make it work...
My scenario:
Alcatel OXE with SIP
GVP 7.6 IPCS integrated to OXE directly (no sip server)
I actually route to GVP using a TRoute function to an ACDQueue defined on the GVP virtual switch. This has an access resource configured and that is the DNIS I use on GVP.
What I'm trying now is to send to a Place Group (which I can use on CCPulse) but problem is that OXE and TServer IVR sends as DNIS the External Routing Point from OXE...and as these are dynamic I can't find the way to execute a specific application on GVP as the DNIS varies from call to call...
Any idea? I'd like to avoid the use of SIP Server because at customer site would be a pain in the ass in time terms to introduce a new component...
Thanks!
