Title: [Reporting] Formula DCID with CallConsultation

Hi everyone,

Someone could me confirme that statistics with Formula DCID do not take account a second time a call which pass again by strategy (VQ) for call consultation ?

If it keeps the same Connection ID (DCID = Distinguish By Connection ID) then no, it will not be taken in account.

Yes, I know but for consultation call we can find two ConnID :

Which ConnID is taken in account ?

AttributeConnID is taken into account.
