Before login in Genesys, I have to login Avaya. When I try to login Genesys, I keep getting the same error message "Telephony error 615". Can anyone tell me what the problem is ??

Why do you have to login first into Avaya and after into Genesys?It should suffice to login into Genesys and the Avaya DN will be login automatically.
