Hello,
- We want the agents in our call center to display entire agent information (Name + Place, extension+status). Is there any option we need to set for this?
- In CCPulse, agents are displayed as firstname,lastname instead of Lastname, firstname - What configuration changes needs to be made? - Is this done on the Windows registry of the agent machine itself?

Please search the forum, question is answered as well here (many times) and also on CCPulse documentation.

You are right Cavagnaro. I checked the CCPUlse+ documentation and got the answers to both the questions.
For benefit of otheres,
- You can vie the agent skills, login ID in Extended CUrrent Status window of CCPulse+ (These options needs to be enabled in CCPUlse+ options)
- The agent Display can be changed in Windows registry.
