Hi Guys,
Here is 'the funny guy' again. :)
Possible stupid question but is there a log available of called numbers from a specific agent? The agents aren't using GAD or any kind of softphone.
We have: OXE, Visual CC (the pre gce edition)

Well from OXE if you have Omnivista you can run a report for it (probably will have to ask to build it)
From Genesys side, not by default and less if they don't use any CTI
