Hi guys...

Wich SDK do we need to build .NET toolbar and is this SDK still available?

We have OXE R9.1 en OTCCPE R9.0

I'm hanging between sales Genesys and Alcatel Lucent and Partner but no clear answer....

OTCCPE is an Alcatel product, yes, Genesys really but supported by ALU.
Genesys will not put their hands in there.
Alcatel should say Universal SDK which means Platform SDK that have a .Net libraries.
