Title: Stat server stats on VQ/DN

If we just build a VQ in CME. Is there any connection/setting which needs to enabled for stat server to start collecting information about that DN/VQ?

Generally saying no. However there may be a situation when some extra action is needed e.g. Stat Server is restricted from monitoring by objects using permissions, Stat Server doesn't monitor switch on which you created new VQ etc.

Just use them on your IRD strategies and that is it...add them to ODS templates if you want historical data as well.
CCPulse should work without any configuration, remember to create Cleared stat (search the forum for more details or check SS User guide)
