Title: Call backs

If a scheduled call back falls outside of daily_from and daily_till times will it still be dialled as the requested call back time? Assuming the campaign is running, call list active etc.

No it wont because you are indicating OCS the hours that you are "legally" allowed to dial. Look it in that way.

thanks, I was 'informed' that the record_type 'Campaign CallBack' acted as an overide to what is configued in OSC aslong as the campaign call list was running and active with the calling time enabling dialling at that time.

No as far as I know, unless there is some parameter but never read such. You can find the same info on the deployment guide.
