Title: Time Off Manager - Next Year's Balance impacting on This Year's Requests?

Hi all,

I have a situation here in v7.6.100.48 using Time Off Manager.

An agents is trying to book a day's Vacation this week when they have a balance for this year of +28 hours for 2012. There is plenty of availability but it will not allow then to do it.

They have a -7 hours Vacation balance for 2013 and if I then go ahead and cancel enough to bring them into a positive balance then they can go ahead and book the leave for this year without any problems.

My question is why would a negative balance for 2013 impact in anyway on what an agents requests in 2012?
