Title: Call Control after hangup
Post by: CTIgem on August 13, 2012, 03:38:32 PM
Hello...
Is there a way to take call control back after a hang up?
Instead of releasing the call, we'd like to send the call to somewhere else after hang up.

thanks.

It depends on your telephony architecture. If you have an Avaya switch you can use the return destination feature on a VDN.

On SIP there is a new feature to control this.
As genesysguru mentions, it is all about your environment.

check the release notes, it is quite new...I guess you have access as I do.
check your TServer features and ask your PBX guys too.
