Hello,

I would like to use the expected waiting time stat based on a virtual queue.

the agents belong to a group with this virtual queue as default dn.

Could you tell me how to set it ? I always have 10000 sec if no agent is connected, or 0 if a agent is connected even if many calls are in the queue.
