Title: Obtain maximum simultaneous calls on GVP/VAR
Post by: cavagnaro on August 20, 2012, 04:00:06 PM
Hi guys,
I need to know on GVP per application how many calls are being attended on simultaneous by the server...this is to do a projection on how many channels will be needed for similar applications that will be deployed...
Any idea how to get this?? Thanks!

PS: CCPulse is not an option

Hi Cav,

You didn't write what version of GVP you have...

GVP 8 - IVR Profile Call Peaks report provides required
GVP 7 - It is more tricky to get required but should be possible using Stat Server and statistic on group of IVR port places. Here I assume that it's possible to distinguish between IVR application using some User Data.

Hi René,
Yes it is 7.6, forgot to mention it...
So VAR doesn't store that info? Hehe and Genesys Presales was claiming that why I didn't enabled that option and blah blah blah...referencing VAR...that it is by default...
I was like scratching my head and saying: Where in the hell is that report...

Now will tell them: Sure...show me how :)
