Title: How to pass KVP from Avaya T-server to GVP
Post by: Genesys123 on August 20, 2012, 05:04:44 PM
Hi,

I am having below sceneario, I need to transfer the call to IVR Applicaiton (GVP). When i do trasnfer to SIP Trunk , all KVPs are missing so my IVR application is not working.

I did 2 test,

1. I have transferred call to Trunk DN from IWS (T-server DN) ,but there is no KVp
2. I have tranferred to SIP RP then T-Route to IVR ,i can see KVP passing from SIP server  but IVR application is not working getting incall Reject Error.

Any solution?

Which GVP?? 7.6? 8.x?
Which is your configuration? ISCC done?
SIP Server headers mapped if using 8?

Check the posts done already

Hi,

I assume that you SIP Server was installed as part of GVP deployment. Based on that assumption, call flow will be:

data path: TServer Avaya --- (ISCC) ---> SIP Server --- (UserData to SIP header mapping) ---> GVP
voice signalling path: Avaya --- (AES SIP trunk) ---> SIP Server ---> (SIP trunk) ---> GVP

It is possible to have different deployment but the one described above is kinda standard one.
